WESTGATE HOUSEKEEPER

Job Description: Clean and supply all assigned guest rooms according to the Service Excellence standards established by Spectrum Resorts. Clean and maintain all public areas to include lobbies, elevators, bathrooms, etc.

Essential Duties:

Clean assigned rooms according to set standards to include kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, balconies
Clean public areas according to set standards to include lobbies, elevators, stairwells, bathrooms, etc.
Ability to use a mop, broom, vacuum cleaner
Maintain and control proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment
Keep storage rooms neat and clean
Offer assistance to guests/owners in a courteous, professional manner
Assist other team members as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

Excellent customer service skills
Excellent attention-to-detail
Ability to work independently

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand/walk during entire shift
Ability to reach, bend and stoop
Ability to use vacuum, broom, mop
Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds

Compensation: $14.00 per hour
